EXCEEDS FUNDING GOAL IN ONE DAY!

Yuzen is a unique set of pins and magnets made of handmade Japanese Yuzen Washi paper, designed to express appreciaton for origami and paper. Each paper is different, so each pin is different. Yuzen makes a great gift and adds color to anything.

Yuzen launched on Pi Day, March 14, 2014 from Boston-based creator Christi Kim. “It makes me happy to see colorful magnets holding up my plain-looking schedule and adding life to the photos on my refrigerator. I hoped others could find the same happiness,” Christi said. “I wanted to share my love for paper folding. What better way than this little portable origami paper contained in a pin or magnet?”

The project reached its funding goal in less than 24 hours and is currently the #7 Most Popular Kickstarter project in the Crafts category.

Pins and magnets measure 1″ each and come in sets of 1-15. They are made of paper over metal shells with Mylar plastic film covering.

The pins start at a price of $3 each on Kickstarter with more savings in larger quantities. Matching origami wish crane available at higher reward tiers.
