Turkish entrepreneurs turn to Kickstarter to crowdfund an ambitious business dream.

Cagatay(Chad) Ozgur and Ekim Nazim Kaya are Turkish born businessmen on a mission to move humanity forward into the future. With past experience building, leading and growing high tech software companies these two founders decided to connect on their mission of making memories and history accessible for all.

Enter Yourbot, the brainchild of these two innovators and the results of years of development into linguistics, data processing and virtual intelligence. Yourbot is a device meant to blur the boundaries between past, present and future and create relationships across once inescapable barriers of time.

It is all about preserving the past to chat with the future. Unlike video, photography or even books which present readers with a one-dimensional understanding Yourbot is built to be an interactive way to engage with ancestors of today. Through years of research in collaboration with Princeton University our team has found a way to create complex, life like digital personas of individuals by asking them a series of questions spanning the whole human experience. Then 20, 50 or even 200 years down the road Yourbot enables individuals to talk to and inquire about the lives of their long dead loves ones. If your grandest of great great grandchildren could have a chat with you, what would you wish to tell them?

In order to accomplish the ambitious goals of digital immortality and all the Yourbot Foundation hopes to accomplish the founders have decided to go to Kickstarter to raise the funding. The duo are seeking an ambitious $100k all-or-nothing project goal to make their futuristic dream come to fruition. If you are interested in joining in the movement and preserving your life and memories for future generations or just want to learn more you can check out the Yourbot team in their Kickstarter campaign which launched September 16th. You can also follow Ekim and Chad in their lofty goals by joining up on Twitter @YourbotInc or Facebook to help spread the word.
