On March 10, 2015, we launched our Vegan Pizza crowdfunding Project. We wanted to make available our vegan food to more people.
Our vision was to create a vegan food concept that’s healthy and delicious, but with a lot of heart on it. Inspiration came from our own cooking efforts, buying small appliances, ingredient batches and kitchen aids, we learned to cook vegan food, with great flavor and a huge nutritional value.
We can honestly say it has been an amazing experience, We feel full of energy and happy to be living a cruelty free lifestyle and reducing our own carbon footprint. We have a love of cooking and have already discovered a number of amazing new vegetables.
So we embarked few months ago in this adventure and we mastered Gourmet Vegan Cheese Recipes, with local organic ingredients. On a friend’s restaurant we achieved to tend a broad base of customers with dishes ranging from Vegan Pizza and Quesadillas to Raw Vegan deserts.
We have the first gourmet, organic, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, cane sugar free, soy free melting cheese in Peru.
Conventional cheese which has been consumed for years is laden with hormones and antibiotics, additives, colorings and preservatives which are now linked to health problems such as ADHD, obesity, diabetes, asthma, inflammation, gut problems and several other diseases.
Everyone has their own choice to make regarding the food they put in their body. However if you have ever been interested in vegetarianism or veganism, We would urge you to give it a try. We believe you will feel healthier and happier as a result and you will be treading lighter on the earth and disengaging from a system which is cruel to animals.
