Stafford, TX – Adam Johnston was desperately looking for a tool to improve his son’s curveball. He tried a variety of gadgets on the market and none of them helped his son understand what he was doing wrong. Adam went to work and created CSPIN (pronounced see-spin).
CSPIN is a regulation sized baseball with a revolutionary “rotational indicator” that allows the pitcher to see the rotation or spin of the baseball as the pitcher throws it. J.D. “Coach” Sellers saw the product and knew immediately that it would be a game changer. “When Adam showed me CSPIN, I was amazed. I knew that it would be the perfect tool to help me train pitchers.”

Adam and Coach Sellers worked together to improve CSPIN and now it has been tested and proven to work with six different baseball pitches. CSPIN has finger indicators to show pitchers how to properly grip the curve ball, 2 seam fastball, 4 seam fast ball, slider, circle change and, straight change pitches. CSPIN works for athletes of all ages.

Adam says “parents are clamoring to get their hand on it. We need to raise money to get the CSPIN mass produced.” The company has turned to Kickstarter.com and will offer CSPIN as a reward. “We plan to launch on August 14, 2013 so that we can bring CSPIN to the rest of the country. Through Kickstarter backers will be able to earn rewards for backing us including the first production of CSPIN.”
Johnston & Sellers, Inc. was formed in March 2012. Adam and Coach Sellers have spent over a year testing and improving CSPIN so that it would be ready for the public to use. There are currently four products, CSPIN Trainer for left and right hand pitchers and CSPIN Advanced Trainer for left and right hand pitchers. CSPIN will help you pitch the spin and see the difference. You can see a video of the CSPIN in action here: See CSPIN in action
