The Just ask cards take players through real life situations that anyone could relate to, whether you are a college student, working adult, parent or pensioner, we guarantee you’ll have fun. During the game, players have to react to the situations presented in the cards, but if you choose wrong, you’ll be punished by having to spill the tea.
The Dilemma cards (punishment cards) dive deep into topics such as intimacy, money, religion, family, politics and of course, some fun talking points as well. If you are too uncomfortable, just choose to do an action instead. That is why it’s a dilemma!
This game is perfect to play at parties, quiet game nights, or (for the risk takers) during dinner with the family. Depending on your mood this game will make you cry from laughter or allow you to have heartfelt discussions with family friends or people you’ve never met before.
Just ask was founded by 3 female entrepreneurs who were ready to put their passions to use. All three of us are big fans of card games and board games in general, and thought it would be exciting to create something we were missing from other games.
We wanted to create something more personal, something that we could use with different people and friends. We were all just tired of boring gatherings full of bullshit small talk and awkward silences! Aren’t you?
After a few brainstorming sessions we came up with the first game, which we named after our company, Just ask. Of course, it took us many months to perfect the base game, but we are very excited to finally share it with all of you!
Fun Fact!: The first letters of our last names are A,S, and K, hence just ask.
