Miami, FL | August 5, 2015 — Today Spinetics, Inc., a tech startup from Miami was selected as a Staff Pick for their Kickstarter Campaign where their project is headlined on the crowd-funding site. 23 days to go to generate funding for their ecofriendly, self-powered bicycle generator and the one man, one woman operation are remaining eagerly optimistic. The bicycle accessory dubbed the “CydeKick” converts a cyclists’ motion into electricity for charging smartphones, headlights, and other electronic devices. “With a push from supporters here in the US and around the world we hope to make this green technology available to all,” says Nicolas Zamora, founder of Spinetics, Inc.
Spinetics will offer two versions of its self-powered generator accessory; the CydeKick Pro and the CydeKick Mini. Both models utilized frictionless technology to generate power. The Mini offers a battery-free lighting system while the Pro takes it to the next level with USB charging capability smartphones, GPS, action cameras, etc. This means you never have to worry about running out of charge while you are outside enjoying a ride.
The inventor of the CydeKick, Nicolas Zamora, has been a life-long cyclist. Nick has also been an engineer passionate for green-technology. “It was a combination of curiosity and love for cycling that combined to form the CydeKick.”
