On October 22nd, Better Embedded Engineering launched it’s SpeedBEE Rail kickstarter project, announced here on CrowdfundingPR October 28th.

The team Better Embedded Engineering team is now extending the capabilities of their already popular Kickstarter project: SpeedBEE Rail to a whole new audience. Based in input from a Kickstarter backer, they are extending their product for use on remote control (rc) cars.

This will enable RC car hobbyists to install the SpeedBEE Car conversion kit into their existing vehicles, turn on their iPads and start getting speed and distance travelled information in the same way as model railroaders will for their trains.

A new reward tier is available on the SpeedBEE Rail kickstarter project enabling RC car hobbyists to become early adopters of the product.

This additional capability is especially exciting as it is evidence of the extensibility of this product and fills a gap in the market.
