What is the lifetime of SMART CANDLE? How long can it operate?
SMART CANDLE’s operating time on full batteries is up to 60 days with 4 running hours a day (240 continuous hours). We recommend alkaline batteries for the most cost effective performance.
If we use SMART CANDLE as a night light, will overheating occur?
SMART CANDLE is safe. It never overheats. The voltage is 4.5v (3 AA batteries) and normal heat loss to the surrounding can ensure safe temperature for candle operating over long hours.
Is SMART CANDLE waterproof? What if I use it outdoor?
SMART CANDLE is perfectly suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Candle holder is constructed with water resistant materials so it is fine to place candle outdoor even when it rains a little bit. However, we do not recommend people to put candle directly in touch with water in any occasion as candle is an electronic appliance. Water may affect candle performance and destroy inner electrical structure.
