Through the new features of our MemoCase, users will get more efficient and convenient life
- The structure is made of polycarbonate plastic material to provide a strong protection performance by 1mm thick PC hard shell. The edge of the shell is 0.3mm higher than the mobile phone screen, so as to avoid the occurrence of any scratches on the screen.
- It is similar thick as normal case of IPhone but with more functions. The new case of 11mm contained 15 pages of Memo Paper and one traditional pen (while iPhone 5s will occupy 7.6mm which means Memo case is only extra 3.4mm
- With Classical Surface Design. We selected First Class Polyurethane (PU), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) & Microfiber, Combining them all into one piece by ultrasonic technology
- There are additional Memo functions with pen and paper. Do you imagine that your mobile phone shell becomes a mobile notebook? When you go to the party in tight suit pants, then it will be probably inconvenient to carry a pen and paper, but with MemoCase, you will able to manage “Business Note” at any time.
Our design came out from the idea that people are more inclined to take their daily notes and records using traditional pen & paper.
We believe that using MemoCase will make things more simple and interesting.

How is the idea come out?
I was traveling a lot, and I was so depressed in some occasions, since I couldn’t find pen or a piece of paper to write down some notes. And So I came up with the idea of a mobile case with memo function.
R&D Stage
We had some problems and challenges at the beginning stages of research and development, because there is no reference product until now. Before the final version, we have produced five revisions as below:
Revision I – This is our initial design, Memo paper will be cut in suitable size and then inserted in the back side of the case. We designed the pressing button in order to keep and maintain the memo paper position; 
Revision II –In the second revision, the gap has been filled, giving the case more smooth and artistic 
Revision III –For the last two revisions, we found some problems:
1. The design looks bad and there is no way to make the note paper as phone shell surface.
2. Pressing the paper Button can`t remain paper`s position as stable as possible because the thickness of paper is changing from time to time due to paper consuming.
3. As memo paper is on the surface of case, it will be very easy to get dirty and damp
4. There is no enough space for pen in the phone shell surface
So we cancel the old design and make the new revision III，described as below: 
Revision IV –Depending on revision III, we improved the magnet position and put the PU covering in. It`s seems quite approaching to the real product instead of just an idea 
Revision V – the rotation axis is canceled to improve the Avis shape appearance. 
All problems are solved except the thickness, so we improved it and moved to the final design stage
Material Selection
Our Team has several years working experience in Mobile Case Accessory following the requirement of EICC, ROHS and ISO Standard. We clearly understand how important for choosing the raw materials to secure our product healthily, safely & environmentally.

Bill of Material is as below, sample for each material has been delivered and got the approval. Due to the MOQ requirement, we are waiting to raise the funds to start the mass production.

We believe that mobile phone case will have more functions besides protecting and beautifying the phone. We think people are accustomed to writing by traditional pen & paper. Therefore we invented the MemoCase and turned it into a product from a concept through 3 months of continuous efforts
In the past there months, we spend at least 60 hours a week of hard working on the product modeling and drawing, making samples, molding, proofing, materials selection and trial production. We will continue to improve, modify, optimize, and redo all the various processes to achieve a high qualified product. This project is our team members’ dream, we will fight for it until we turned it to reality and enjoy the happiness of living our dream
Till the moment that project release in Kickstarter, some money has already been spent in the following purposes
1. Model Fee (Revision I to VI), £40 each × 6pc = £240;
2. Material Sample and courier fee, £300;
3. Plastic Mould Fee, £2500;
At present, we think the most difficult phase is over, we are now starting this project on Kickstarter, to raise the funds to complete our final product, and funds will be used for the following purposes:
1. Due to MOQ requirement for each material, we need to achieve minimum materials purchasing order, fund will be used to cover the first phase of 3000pcs mass production expenses:
