Life can be full of unexpected twists and turns and all we can do is make the best of every worse situation and move on with our lives and support others to do the same as well.
Saffy is a lady seeking your kind-hearted financial support towards paying her law degree fees.
She is a mature student. She was brave enough to leave an abusive environment to rebuild her life. She is pursuing her academic ambition to study law in order to become a solicitor.
Saffy, is bright, focused on her future aspirations, eager to be beneficial and give back to society. She is a very Strong and determined individual.
She was aiming to self-fund her studies via work. Unfortunately, circumstances are such that it would be a great help if some kind souls helped her meet university fee payments due. So she made a crowdfunder page in hope that such individuals may give her a financial helping hand.
She is only requesting sums up to £700. This is not a huge amount and certainly not greedy especially at this time of year, even if more money would help her. She is only after a helping hand, not a safety net.
Your donation will help cover fees related to her LLB(Hons) degree. The university and staff have been supportive and helped her remain on her course and be able to sit examinations. However, she has to still meet the financial obligation of paying the fees herself. She is not entitled to student loans as she already looked into that.
She is not asking for thousands or the remaining years of the law course to be funded.
She does not want to be deprived of the sense of accomplishment of paying her way through university herself, albeit with a little help from kind hearted financial supporters.
She is starting her life afresh and has a lot more financial outgoing than expected.

The money donated will not be wasted on someone getting a law degree in a saturated market and unable to fulfill their ambitions. Saffy has worked in the legal field prior and had first hand knowledge of how tough it can be and is realistic about her prospects. She has done previously and is still doing and applying for legal work placements and there is travel sponsorship she can receive in order for her to get invaluable fresh legal experience and network. Furthermore she has volunteered and used her legal knowledge base to help others hence giving back to society not just taking.
Saffy is simply struggling at the moment starting afresh, with unexpected expenses with no financial cushion to fall upon. She has been doing everything she can in order to meet her financial obligations but sometimes you just need the kindest of strangers to provide support when you have no support network around you.
