We are Famous Dogg Studios, and have just launched a crowd funding campaign for our latest game Rude Racers on Indiegogo.
Famous Dogg Studios is a 3-member team of indie game developers and designers. We have been building mobile games for over 2 years and have seen many ups and downs of the industry and our experiences have taught us how to build quality products for a wide audience by following best practices in technology and design. Our products, including Rude Racers, have been hand-picked by Google and featured in the Early Access category of the Play Store. Rude Racers was also published on iOS by the renowned publisher Appsolute Games and was featured in 5 major geographies by Apple on the App Store.
Inspired by Road Rash, Rude Racers was first developed as a fast and thrilling combat-racer for mobile. There is plenty of crazy action to experience over 5 detailed Seasons with an immense variety of competitions and challenges, loads of beautifully designed bikes, extreme weapons and crazy riders!
The app was well received by users and was also featured on the App Store and Google Play. We believe that the purest experience of Rude Racers is on PC but bringing this game to Steam involves many technical challenges, a complete graphical revamp and a lot more testing! A lot of the work has already been done and with your help, we can deliver a feature-rich, fun and truly top-quality app.
Despite being a small team, we have big ambitions and we believe in making beautiful products with class and quality that can give the users an experience to remember. In the last two years, we’ve had to make many sacrifices to enable us to make games full-time because that is the only way we can deliver truly world-class products.
