Wioletta Gluza and Izabela Turaj launched a Kickstarter campaign which goal is to “rediscover kindness”. After recent hitch-hiking trips they confirmed their beliefs that people can still rely on each other. They would like to document it through Polaroid photographs which are the essence of catching the best moments.

Starting on July 2015 they will travel through 4 continents, 38 countries and cover more than 75 000 kilometers. They believe that this life changing adventure will truly make a difference not only in their lives but also in those who share road with them. They will share all kind stories on social media to deliver positive message to as many people as possible.

As rewards for their supporters they will be sending postcards and polaroids from every country they visit. When they are back home in September 2016 they will release photo album containing 52 Polaroid photographs from 52 weeks of their journey. Everything with personalized, hand-written thank-you note.

“It all began with few drivers who changed our perspective. Every place we visit, no matter if it is poor or rich country we meet caring and helpful people. Venezuelan woman who convinced us that we can speak Spanish and later on ask her friend to host us for one night, Danish couple who took us for city tour in Copenhagen, Serbian guide who let us get some sleep in the school and many, many others. They all did it just to talk to someone, laugh together and share experience. We can all do the same.” – said Iza

“Just after few first rides we got a feeling that we need to return the favour to people. We chose Polaroid photographs because they are unique and instant evidence of kindness. You can capture not only people, but time you spent together or symbolic things. So we will give them personally to people we meet and post them online to spread this idea even further.” – added Wiola
