“I don’t fear death. The moment I realize who I am, I’ll embrace it with open arms, but until that day, I’ll fight.”

We are a small studio with a group of talented and experienced developers. Our studio was formed six years ago and so far we’ve released some locally successful games but with The Dark Phantom we wanted to go international.

The Dark Phantom narrates a neo-noir story enhanced by a marvelous dark and comic style art set in a criminal infested city.
Unlike common indie games that are solely concentrate on new mechanics without paying attention to gameplay quality, our goal was to create an indie game with standard gameplay.

One of our main priorities was story. We were always fascinated by believable heroes, so we put a lot of effort to make our hero’s motivations, believable for the audience. Also we were inspired by comics like Sin City, The Boys and Constantine that led us to create a fictional universe for our story to take place. This contradiction in believability of hero and unfamiliarity of world, leads to some unique experiences for the audience that will keep her engaged in the story.

We tried to illustrate a semi noir style universe with story related symbols to give depth and meaning to the main story. The dark and gloomy world of The Dark Phantom is derived from our hero’s great sense of bewilderment. Being influenced by mentioned comics, the art team has used exaggerated lighting and colors in order to create a unique and artistic atmosphere for players to be immersed in.

Beside our concentration on story and artistic vision, we wanted to bring our gameplay level to modern video game’s standards. By analyzing modern third person shooter games, we cherry-picked main features of these games like covering-system, over-the-shoulder camera and CQC. By using these features we are enabled to deliver a fast paced action to players.
The game going to be released in Q1 2015.
