PIE can be used to make payments at any store equipped with contact-less POS, to collect information thanks to the NFC technology and Bluetooth 4.0, and also for exchanging content.PIE is also social: thanks to FLEX, exclusive technology that allows band-to-band communication, it will be possible to interact with other users by means of a simple gesture: thanks to this recognition of gestures making friends on social networks will be simple and natural: just exchange a handshake or make a high five, for example. Internally PIE has even more features: it sends a warning when you are away from the device to which it is coupled and an alarm clock may be set which awakens the wearer with a gentle vibration.PIE will be made using water-resistant materials so it can even be worn in the shower at the end of a long day of work or sport.
