When you put your money towards Pavepara Wings you are voting for change, great quality, and production transparency. We are doing business in the USA by people who make a living wage, but we took it one step further with the textile choices we made.
For this Kickstarter Project I chose a super lightweight fabric that is more suited to the climate in the coming months. When we filmed the video back in January I stated that the Wings are made from a 100% light weight merino wool. I chose this fabric for three reasons, One: wool is a sustainable fiber that is great for all seasons. Two: it is durable. Three: it is naturally anti-microbial and a UV shield. The summer-weight options, a wool blend maintain these brand principles. The perfect lightweight layer for work or for play.
Pavepara Wings are a direct example of my attention to detail, function, quality, and style. From thread-to-cloth-to-you. Over the next 30 days we will keep you updated and current with the Pavepara Wings Project via weekly emails and photographs of the project progress.

Each Pledge will recieve a copy of one of four Pavepara original art Wing-Diagrams: One for each color of wings.. Should you purchase all four colors you will have copies of each. Manifesting a first run of anything into production is challenging. There are so many moving parts in the fashion and manufacturing industry. I assure you that we have done our homework.
Because we are choosing to do business in this country and have low production minimums, that also means that we have smaller scale textile yardage purchases, a lighter footprint, but there are potential drawbacks. There is a possibility that we could be stalled due to material availability. If that is the case we will offer you a sound alternative. We have worked very hard to garner relationships with our suppliers, we have a plan B for everything. However, should something go wonkola we will address the issue immediately and do everything in our power to unwonk it.
