The Nero Smart Water Bottle, the latest innovation in health and fitness smart technology, is set to transform one of the most essential aspects of active lifestyles – hydration. The water bottle calculates the users’ water intake and connects wirelessly to their smart device allowing them to setup and monitor personalized goals, receive reminders and alerts, and share progress and achievements, all from an easy-to-use mobile app.

The mobile app, available for iOS and Android devices, calculates the users’ recommended daily water intake based on body type, activity level, and environment. The app sends the user SMS message alerts to help them easily stay on track to reach their hydration goals. To display the users’ stats, the mobile apps’ dynamic interface includes easy-read charts and graphs. The user can also share their milestones and achievements with family, friends, and connections through messages and social media. In addition, the app can sync with fitness trackers, to easily implement the hydration system into an existing fitness routine.
The Nero Smart Water Bottle utilizes high precision sensors, a microcomputer with GPS, and a battery that lasts up to 1 year. The special sensors calculate the water intake with each use. GPS allows the user to be notified if they are leaving the water bottle behind, and/or track down the location of the bottle if it has been misplaced.
The 30 ounce smart water bottle is manufactured using materials and processes characterized by a minimal carbon footprint. The spout is made from a BPA free polymer. The entire water bottle is specially designed for easy out-of-box assembly, minimizing energy consumption during manufacturing. This special design also allows for easy cleaning, and further, simple disassembly by the user for recycling at the products end-of-life.
