Indian based “Orange” rock band Mad Orange Fireworks has launched a campaign to raise funds for their new single “Shaking my Ground”. The band has been very active and constantly on the move doing tours and headlining events throughout the country.

Mad Orange Fireworks has played alongside an array of international artists that range from “Guns and Roses” to “Children of Bodom”. The band has always managed to release tracks which have something for everyone. Be it a carpool audience or a bunch of musicians trying to catch hold of new licks and tricks, the band has managed to wiggle its way into everyone’s playlist.

Their first album ‘Lifeline Cast’, which consists ten songs, was received well by the music-lovers with rocking numbers like ‘Feet Ain’t Movin’, ‘On The Ledge’, ‘Black Hole’, ‘Empty Saturday’ and ‘Break My Fall’ to name a few.

To pass a quick judgment on the band’s attitude, here’s a quote from a very recent interview with the drummer Deepak Raghu “Our writing is all about pushing the boundaries of music while at the same time connecting with as wide an audience as possible. And of course, our quirkiness and showmanship also add to our uniqueness.”

The band had released an album last year called “Lifeline Cast” and are currently working on a new album. “Shaking my ground” is a part of this new album. Here’s a live performance of the single “Shaking My Ground”; the band performed for a TV-Channel.

Now, they’ve decided to raise funds for an all-out scripted video that involves various shoot locations and a whole production crew. In order to meet the various expenses of production, the band has decided to make use of their music, merchandise and instrument knowledge.

The perks available to backers include album copies (Signed hard copy and Digital copy), songs and even Skype lessons from front man Michael Antony Dias.
