Getting into tabletop gaming has been a restrictive experience for many years. A high learning curve and complicated set of rules have proven impenetrable for today’s youth, leaving an educational gap in gaming. Many people associate card and board games with lonely adults, sitting alone in darkened rooms, or children, playing nonsensical, non-educational games. A new Kickstarter project, ‘INGENUITY’ aims to put a stop to boring games and bring fun and creativity back into games.

Created by Gal Afik and Brenden Davis, ‘INGENUITY’ seeks to promote healthy, creative play for all social groups. In ‘INGENUITY’, players take turns coming up witabletop th unique and exciting ways to use everyday items in solving End-of-the-world scenarios.

The game is suitable for all ages and is great for family gatherings, friendly social outings, and even classroom education. ‘INGENUITY’ is easy to pick up and play and helps people come out of their shell and connect with others in a way that few other card games can.

The project is now on Kickstarter, until early November, and is seeking to raise 8000 dollars as it’s base goal, with more stretch rewards being offered for an increased backing. Each game comes with a large assortment of cards in a uniquely designed box, as well as other intriguing rewards for higher-paying backers.
