Taking user-generated content and applying it to a sci-fi action comic, “Jonas and the Space Viking” will evolve entirely based on reader submissions. The goal is to provide high-quality sequential art as a service to anyone who wants to be a part of a creative and innovative new manner of storytelling. Like a 21st-century choose-your-own adventure, the online community as a whole will decide how the story moves forward, what new characters are introduced, and what situations the existing characters will find themselves in. I believe that everyone has a story to tell, and now it can be immortalized in a project bigger than any one of us. As the artist and creator, It’s always been a dream of mine to make something that is important and entertaining to a lot of people. I believe that can occur by giving people the freedom to contribute their ideas and see them drawn into fruition. Please help spread the word if you like the idea of a community-based comic.
