Waunakee, WI (December 17, 2013) – Jay Foght, President of Jaymo, has launched a Kickstarter campaign for his latest invention, the PixStylus, a 3-in-1 personalized pen/stylus. The PixStylus is different from others in the market because it can be personalized with a favorite photo or design.
“Several years ago I designed the PixPen, the pen that’s like a picture frame” states Jay Foght. “My customers love it and have been asking for a stylus to use with a smartphone or tablet. That was my inspiration for the PixStylus”. The PixStylus has a sleek, balanced look that feels good in your hand and uses the same design idea as the PixPen. By simply unscrewing and removing the clear barrel surrounding the PixStylus a person can insert a personal photo or design. It is sized to fit inserts similar to a small mini-wallet photo. And along with all of Jaymo’s other photo gift products the PixStylus will come with free, unlimited access to the company’s design website www.personalizeityourself.com where customers can upload their own photos, or create one of a kind inserts through access to hundreds of free gorgeous backgrounds, ClipArt and fonts to print at home.
The idea to make the PixStylus a Kickstarter project was intriguing to Jay. “Crowdfunding sites offer a great way to test the demand for a product design” notes Jay. “It’s nice to get immediate feedback on a product during the design phase so modifications can be made to please the backers. And in the end inventors have a product that can go to market very quickly.”
The PixStylus Kickstarter campaign begins on December 16, 2013 and runs through January 20, 2014. For more information on the PixStylus please visit www.kickstarter.com/projects/1181011598/pixstylus.
