Hello how are you doing today my name is Patrick Watts and I’m setting up a GoFundMe account today because I’m in the process of trying to get my son out of foster care. He was placed in foster care due to his mother being negligent and lying to the CPS workers. She told them being spiteful to me that she didn’t know where I was and that I was not in my son’s life after she had been on the run with my son for more than 4 years.
At that point she became pregnant and had a miscarriage due to drugs being in her system. So after she had the miscarriage and while she was in the hospital CPS came in and took my son that was then 4 years old. She ran moved from place to place and never told me not one time that my son was in CPS custody it took one of her family members getting mad with her and reaching out to me to tell me what was going on with my son by this time he was 8 years old and I was dealing with some legal situations of my own at the time that I didn’t have anything to do with.
I was trying to only protect some more kids from going to CPS custody because of the negligence of my then at the time live in girlfriend Brother’s negligence. He had drugs at her place which resulted and her kids about to be taken and just so happen I was there when the police kicked the door in and she was about to take the charge because she didn’t have a choice her brother was already gone on the run that the time and I didn’t even know it.
So I didn’t want them to take her kids because if the charge was pinned on her then her kids was going directly into CPS custody because they were not my biological kids so I took the case with the intentions on beating the case because I had nothing to do with it and I had never been in trouble in my life until this point. I’m a great father and I am currently paying child support for two kids of mine that I’m not allowed to see.
Because of their mothers wanting me to take care need to take care of them and their live-in boyfriends. So I am being penalized because of someone else’s problems. I have always been consistent in my kid’s life. I deal with the Deep hurt and pain everyday because of that situation I have been trying to get my son since I found out that he was in CPS custody.
When I initially started trying to get my son I was fighting a case that I stated about in the beginning that I had nothing to do with but I was only trying to be a protector the keys because I love kids if there is anything big or small or any kind of donation or legal help that anyone can provide or help me with it will be greatly appreciated I work everyday and take care of my three kids that I have living with me. Anything helps out and I’m so grateful for any help that I can receive thank you all play Everything all of the prayers and wishes also because that helps too.
