Santa Clara, United States — Sagan One recently launched an Indiegogo campaign for an innovative new mobile iOS app, Halloween Map. This app is designed to make the trick-or-treating experience more intriguing by helping users find free fun for October 31st, including photos of the absolute best DIY haunted houses and scary front yards in the area.
“We are very excited to introduce our first app to the market. Halloween Map will boost safety, build community, save on expensive corporate Halloween offerings and enhance the trick-or-treat experience greatly,” said Founder, Bruce Bookman.
When Bruce and his family moved to a new neighborhood they were disappointed when they noticed that there weren’t many trick-or-treaters or neighbors participating in the festivities. After talking to some people, they found out that there was a community just five blocks away with hundreds of happy people and plenty of DIY haunted houses.
This inspired Bookman, who is 50 years old and living in California, to design a free app to make it easier for families to make the best of Halloween and not miss out on great DIY attractions nearby.
Mr. Bookman has the experience and passion needed to bring this app to life. With 20 years’ experience in software development he has worked with multinational corporations to help deliver critical software infrastructure to run their businesses. Funds raised during this crowdfunding campaign will go towards developer program fees from Apple, art licensing, back end support, testing, and more.

In exchange for pledging to the project, backers can gain access to a variety of rewards including a code to unlock the advertisement free version of the app for $5, an Ad Free Code, 5 Halloween-themed sticker packs, and participation in Beta Testing for $20, and more. Backers can also pledge $35 for all the above plus a t-shirt or $50 for a one-hour Q&A with the app developer.
