Fulfillrite, an ecommerce order fulfillment company based in New Jersey, announced the release of a new Bigcommerce app. Their mission is to make order fulfillment as fast and easy as possible, and one way they have done this is by partnering with major shopping cart platforms like Shopify, eBay, Amazon, BackerKit, and Etsy. The app will make it even easier for startups to use their service:

“Previously, Bigcommerce storeowners who wanted to use Fulfillrite for ecommerce order fulfillment had to generate API keys manually and integrate them with Fulfillrite’s platform.”

Now entrepreneurs can have orders automatically picked, packed, and shipped with just one click. Tracking and shipping information is then sent back to the Bigcommerce app, making the process easier than ever! Another new feature included in the Bigcommerce app is the ability to attach coupon codes to orders – a first in the industry. Joe Brieger, co-founder of Fulfillrite, stated:

“Our main goal is to make every aspect of order fulfillment as simple as possible. We achieve this simplicity by providing our customers with the latest technology in the form of ecommerce integrations, apps, and real time access to their data via our web portal. This desire to make order fulfillment as simple as possible was the driving force behind creating this new app for Bigcommerce.”

Fulfillrite

Fulfillrite is a leader in the crowdfunding fulfillment space. They have helped many creators including Ricky Choi and Phil Moldavski, who raised over $119K on Kickstarter for their project, Nice Laundry. Ricky Choi explained in an interview for the Fulfillrite Blog:

“Toward the end of our campaign as we were getting ready to place our order with our manufacturer, we were unprepared for the sheer volume … We had anticipated filling all of our own orders. That’s when we realized we’re going to need to bring in some outside help for sure. That’s when we contacted Fulfillrite to be our order fulfillment partner … We fulfilled the Kickstarter orders at the end of July and delivered them on time to the day.”

Another creator that was impressed by Fulfillrite’s commitment was Dan Shapiro from the Robot Turtles Kickstarter. He explained one of the issues that came up after his campaign on the Fullfillrite Blog:

“Just one huge hiccup: I was planning on using Amazon for fulfillment, but they miscommunicated about their ability to fulfill overseas orders. I was left with nearly 2,000 international game orders and no way to get them out for the holidays. Fulfillrite jumped in and saved my bacon—sitting on the phone with me until the late hours in order to get the process squared away and rushing the packages out the door. I would have been in deep trouble without their help.”

Fulfillrite has been around for over 5 years and was one of the early order fulfillment companies to adapt their service for the crowdfunding industry. They offer discounts for crowdfunding order fulfillment to help with fit tight budgets, logistical help, and fast worldwide shipping.
