Children are introduce to 3D Puzzles from famous stories, Hamlet, The Little Prince, Charlotte’s Web, Treasure Island, Oliver Twist, and Don Quixote.
Kids exposed to literature, from young age gain a rich and diverse understanding. Is proven young exposure to materials increases reading desire when they reach a young adult age.
Fred the mouse early tire puzzles are simple, short, and illustrated. They are designed to help non readers or newly independent readers:
*Build their reading stamina and mileage
*Increases the curiosity for the material
*Develop a sense of themselves as readers.
The puzzles foster reading enthusiasm and momentum with stories that capture child interest and is most crucial aspect is the promotion and message the child receives. Aims to make them seem like the ‘right books’ from young age, with no stigma attached.
Fred the Mouse, was developed with educational purposes. The Project promotes child development, while introducing advanced educational materials. Fred the Mouse speaks about equality and inclusiveness, while dealing with gentrification, race, adaptation, resilience, and promoting respect for all living creatures, regardless of size, color, gender or nationality.
20% of all proceeds for this project are being donated to schools, teachers, and animal rescues around the world.
For every puzzle anyone orders, we will donate one to a Preschool, School and or Children’s Hospital in need. We have a list of 400 institutions in need of educational materials, and our goal is to supply 3D puzzles to every one of them by the end of 2019.
The first school we chose is La Escuelita (www.laescuelitanyc.org), a Harlem-based pre-school that started in the basement of a church and has done tremendous work for children with limited economic resources.
