FluoroVu
Eigen Imaging Inc introduces the FluoroVu, a device that allows you to view and capture UV fluorescent images of certain objects and materials. The device consists of a proprietary optics module that is attached to your smartphone used in conjunction with a specially developed APP.

What can you do with the FluoroVu? Here is a short list of the many applications:
Laboratory, Research and Industrial – Many organic and inorganic compounds and substances exhibit UV fluorescence. Applications include coatings analysis, checking cleanliness of work area, epoxy analysis and quality control. The APP allows you to document and save your images for later exporting to reports and presentations.
Identifying your valuable personal property. Use it to capture and retrieve images of your personal property that contains invisible markings that you create and only you will recognize.
Education – Fluorescence Demonstration and Analysis. Use the FluoroVu as a fun and easy hands-on teaching aid.
Counterfeit verification – check altered/fake documents, counterfeit currency and other official IDs.
Art – Paintings, carvings and various objects. Use to the FluoroVu to see hidden fixes.
Mineralogy – rocks and gemstone. Different rock and gemstones fluoresce in intricate and beautiful patterns. Use the FluoroVu to get cool images and share with your friends.
Automotive – refrigerant leak detection, locate repaired windshield cracks. The FluoroVu is a convenient tool for field inspection.
The APP offers several image enhancement features such as allowing the user to adjust color/contrast and zoom. It also allows you to enter comments, which is overlaid over the saved image. And since the images are taken on your smartphone you can upload or email it like any other file in your smartphone.
