Murrieta CA | September 7, 2015 – Brandon Wareham, creator of MR Sinky, a toothbrush holder that prevents germs/bacteria and fecal matter from accumulating on toothbrushes, says “It’s a simple idea, to make the morning routine a little safer for children and their parents.”

“We’ve been through a lot together this last year, we lost Leila’s little brother Mason, August 2014, and the medical bills lead to bankruptcy, we were forced to sell our house in Moreno Valley Ca. The thing about losing everything is that you find yourself with nothing to lose. We’ve played it safe for a while now and as it turns out, it’s possible to fail at “plan B” too, so why not give “plan A” a shot?  I’m always telling Leila my daughter, that with a little effort she can accomplish her dreams, and this year seemed like a good year to start practicing what I preach. The crowdfunding community has poured out support and we are so grateful for the positive feedback and supporters. ”

Despite a complete lack of publicity, the patent pending MR Sinky is gaining momentum on the crowdfunding site Kickstarter after the launch on Sep. 1st and is on track to exceed the funding goals. MR Sinky is ramping up to start production in October 2015.

Brandon adds, “This product launch represents a whole new chapter in our lives.  The importance of having a sanitary place to store my toothbrush was driven home during our week’s long stay at San Diego Children’s hospital. It just didn’t seem safe having our brushes exposed to the open hospital air. A few months later MR Sinky was born and we both have one, mine is in the shower and Leila’s on her mirror. We’re confident that the general public will enjoy MR Sinky every bit as much as we do.”
