Groningen, Netherlands — Have you ever dreamt of the Scottish Highlands? Have you Imagined the beauty of the landscape and the ruggedness of the terrain? I offer you the chance to experience the full journey along the West Highland Way unlike ever before. During the summer I will travel this road together with six friends and with your help we’ll capture and document the landscape, the journey and our endeavors. With seven different perspectives we’ll travel through Scotland, working our best findings into a highly stylized photo/journey book.

The journey will take us from Glasgow to Fort William dragging out 154 kilometers in 6 days. This translates to hiking roughly 25-30 kilometers a day, depending on the route and camping wherever needed. By traveling by foot and camping in the wild I hope to capture the full authentic experience of this journey. This means we’ll be visiting idyllic towns like Drymen, Rowardennan and Glen Coe and come across beautiful vista’s Like Loch Lomond and the bridge of Orchy.

Will you help me realize my dream and make it possible to capture this journey? Will you in return let me take you on this once in a lifetime trip? Why don’t you check out my Kickstarter for more information, it contains everything about the project.

The trip has been fully paid for and by funding this Kickstarter you are funding a proper camera and smaller supplies like; notebooks, pencils, etc. to capture the journey with. Next to that the funding will go to the design and production of the book. In case the Kickstarter goes life and the book Is well received it will be brought under the attention of a publisher to see what the possibilities for further publishing are.
