The clips that hold the earbuds also offer adjustability so that you can orient the earbuds correctly in relation to your ear. The Ear Secure device does not change the way your earbuds fit so they can be used in their intended orientation.
You may think that the Ear Secure device is just a way to convert your earbuds into headphones and actually, you are kind of right. There are some benefits to the Ear Secure device over normal sport headphones though. For example, the Ear Secure device works with many different types of earbuds including the popular Apple Earpods. This means that you can use the Ear Secure device with your favorite earbuds without them falling out. The earbuds can also easily be replaced so that when your earbuds break or wear out you don’t have to spend a small fortune on another set of sport headphones. You can even use dollar store earbuds if you are not too concerned with sound quality.

Ear Secure is looking to raise $5,000 through Kickstarter. Although this amount would not cover the entire cost to make the tooling for production it would prove that there is a market for the product. You can contribute any amount greater than $1.00 to the project but a contribution of $25.00 will get you an Ear Secure device if the campaign is successful.
