Our vision is to democratize collectible cards! Collectors will be involved in all decisions and can even design their own card!

Everyone should be able to participate democratically in our project, we don’t want to give our cards their value through high prices that would exclude people, but instead focus on a very special distribution mechanism.

Sounds interesting?

We just released our first Kickstarter campaign. Feel free to take a look at it and do not hesitate to give feedback!

We want to put collecting and exchanging back in the center of attention and at the same time “democratize collectible cards”, i.e. involve as many people as possible, not exclude anyone, not even, or above all especially not because of income differences. Most manufacturers rely on high prices in order to give the cards their value and to make them “rare”, (Rarity is necessary because if you had all the cards already from the beginning, the fun of collecting would be lost, there would be no reason to trade, no interaction with other card lovers and members of the community).
The cards must therefore be rare and valuable, but the problem is, that too high prices exclude the majority of potential collectors, while for wealthier ones they do not fulfill their function of creating rarity at all.

Our solution is to generate rarity and thereby value not via prices, but by a special selling and distribution mechanism: Once per month (this limits the number and ensures, that the fun of collecting is maintained over a longer period of time) puzzles have to be solved, small games have to be played and certain tasks have to be fulfilled, to get the cards (don’t worry, if someone should be unsuccessful even after several attempts, he will still get his cards, of course, it is easy to cheat there, we know that, but that’s not the point, because every cheater would only be “cheating” himself by missing out on this part, missing out on this experience).

By this procedure (called monthly “round”) we give the necessary value to the cards, without having to exclude people through too high prices, because we want to reach everyone, we want to democratize trading cards.

In addition, the democratic aspect includes the building of an active community and the possibility to participate in this project, which we want to offer to every collector. We achieve this through the “Card Membership”, with which you can all become part of this project.

Everybody can design his own card and thereby actively contribute to the project. (you don’t have to, of course, but feel free to give it a try, we are sure that each of you can create something beautiful, that everyone can draw a wonderful card, take your time, try around and then it will work out, you can do it!).
