Welcome to Heaven!

I got on the bus about a year ago and the only other man sitting on the bus is wearing ripped clothing, he smells, his hat is wet for some reason, and he is missing a lot of teeth. He suddenly brings himself into my little “personal bubble of privacy” and screams “WELCOME TO HEAVEN!” And look, just like anybody would at first, I tried to ignore him. But come on…. Aren’t you curious? What is this guy about? What’s his life like?
So I try to ask him a question and he interrupts me, sits next to me and says “THANK YOU FOR WEARING RED! THAT’S HIS COLOR!” And of course later in the conversation I realized he meant God. It’s God’s color. I became fascinated with this guy. He kept saying, “There is not time! No clocks in heaven. No entrances. No exits. And it’s here right now. So welcome! Welcome.”

DING! JOHN ST.

My stop. Damn. I really wanted this to be heaven. And then I got off the bus and it kind of hit me that I totally agreed with that man. “There is no time, just now, this is it.” That’s all right up my alley!
What if someone completely different than me was on that bus? No better yet, what if someone who was stressed out, in his own world, doesn’t want to be bothered with the homeless or the crazies, gets locked in a bathroom with this guy? And what if (because this a movie we’re talking about now) the old man is telling the truth? They are now in the after life and this homeless man is his guide. They must fight off Satan’s dogs to get to the truth. And it’s a good thing our hero is wearing red, let me tell you! The truth that is God? The truth that is himself?
Or maybe this is just a crazy guy kidnapping a total stranger in a public bathroom. Reality is mostly our perception of it.

So that’s what the movie I want to make is about. And if that’s something you want to see; If that is a short film you want to own! Or even if you just want to give a dollar and hear about how the film is going, when it will be out, who is working on it, who’s in it, that’s GREAT! And here’s how
