The new Combat Jacks No.2 Kickstarter is live and running! No.2 in a planned 4 issue limited series to be collected by IDW after the 4th book is released, this is a continuation of the 1st issue. Combat Jacks is the story of space marines sent to find out what happened to prison terraformers on the new-found planet Maia. The only indigenous life on Maia resembles our earthly pumpkins. Pumpkins create photosynthesis on the planet and becomes an obvious place to consider inhabiting especially due to earth’s over population in the year 2218.

Enter the 2nd squad of space marines led by Sgt Dorothy Darling and her team to investigate the facility to see what happened to the terraformers. What they come across is a nightmare from the worst of them.
After the team is more or less decimated, the First Squad drop ship’s down, led by real-life martial arts film actress CYNTHIA ROTHROCK as the team leader of the squad. They are more prepared to take on the Jack horde or are they?
Combat Jacks also takes place on earth in Farmer Pete’s Pumpkin Patch, as Farmer Pete and his boys take on the creatures with farm tools and ingenuity!
