Milwaukee based granola company, BrillNola, has created a Kickstarter to help fund their license to sell. The kickstarter rewards pledges with granola based on the amount of their pledge. The amount is similar to the amount they would receive if they purchased granola from the company in a normal sale. The kickstarter began on December 7th and runs until January 6th. It has currently raised its goal of $600 but it pushing toward further stretch goals to help the business succeed and be able to offer more diverse goods earlier.
Currently sitting at $940 they are $60 away from their stretch goal of $1000 which will unlock monthly cooking shows based on their granola, helping their customers find new and inventive ways to enjoy the granola.
BrillNola is also invested in amateur gaming communities as it has multiple flavors based off popular online games. 10% of profits from these flavors will go toward funding amateur gaming events hosted and casted by the creator of the company, Jordan Brill. Highlighted games are currently Dota 2, League of Legends and Counter-strike: Global Offensive. The flavors to go with these games are Handful of Midas (Dota 2), Frag Grenola (Counter-Strike:Global Offensive) and Sunfire Cashew (League of Legends). Jordan Brill has a history of hosting amateur gaming events including a charity Dota 2 tournament he managed and casted in 2014.
If BrillNola reaches its stretch goal of $2000 they will host an amateur gaming event with a $150 prize pool. The game that will be played will be chosen by a poll on their website after the goal is reached.
BrillNola is a passion project of Jordan Brill with help from his Father, David Brill. They have been creating granola for nearly a decade and recently decided it was time to try to share their product with the world.
