Have you ever come across that problem of not being able to do your shirt up properly? When the collar just won’t sit the way you want it to? Or if you are a female and your blouse has that silly gap that let´s everyone see your bra?

Well on Indiegogo a couple od days ago started a new crowdfunding campaign that will blow you away. A young designer from Barcelona invented a magnetic button called the Bassi. It consists of a small classy clip made out of stainless steel and a magnetic button. Combined, they firmly hold both sides of the shirt together at the desired height.

The Bassi shows once again that some things can be really small and simple but still be incredibly effective!

All parts of the Bassi are produced locally, in Barcelona. This was very important for the young designer Dani Barna as he told us when asked. He wanted to be able to supervise the entire production process to ensure high quality and to support his local community.

For now Dani Barna has created 2 different lines of Bassi-buttons, the “Born”-buttons and the “Style”-buttons.

The “Born”-buttons are named after a hipster district in Barcelona,Spain. They have a very urban look and serve to give the outfit an a bit younger look. The “Style”-buttons have an a lot more classic appearance. They are available in multiple colours so they can be adapted to the colour of the shirt, the sewed on buttons or any other piece of the outfit.

In our opinion the Bassi is truely one of the inventions everybody will be using in the nearby future. It is one of those things we must ask ourselves why it has not been invented earlier. They are availabe both for men and women.  For more information check out the Indiegogo web site.
