The project: Clayton Sports Complex will be a stellar addition to the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and to the development of Clayton County, GA.
This training and health-oriented concept will be an unmatched sports and recreation hub that brings new opportunities to all residents of Clayton County, the rest of the metropolitan area, and a full spectrum of sports enthusiasts. Details of the complex include indoor courts, artificial turf fields, weight management, and educational sessions. This complex will enable participation in school and/or league sports that enrich socio-emotional and physical development.
This is where young boys and girls have an equal opportunity to pursue their dreams through sports and life.
This dream will enhance our community by being an educational and sport programed, community recreational, health and wellness facility, and a new sports tourism all under one roof. This concept is driven by a variety of factors including community leader inspiration, our desire to improve social and health outcomes, and local market interest and competition. Unique design and planning will make this project a stand out.
How you can help: The feasibility report often serves as a critical evaluation tool for public or municipal clients looking to understand the viability of a new community recreation center,
sports tournament complex, wellness, or event center in response to their community’s needs or demands. To explore the possibilities of this exciting proposal, we have started this Indiegogo campaign to fund a feasibility study of the idea.
We will be hiring a consultant agency to perform a market study to determine the best location for the facility, estimated revenue, and feasibility. The cost of this study is around $20,000. Once the market study is completed, we will have more accurate, detailed projections of revenue and capital needed.
