On crowdfunding platform Indiegogo launched a company for an innovative charity project AdAid.

The project, launched on June 1, 2019, offers a model of using Internet marketing technologies for charitable projects funding.

The name of the project speaks for itself: “ad” – advertising, “aid” – help, support, so “AdAid” stands for using advertising for charity.

The goal of this project is to create a web platform, where we will publish all available information about active charitable campaigns to help them raise funds. We will also post banner ads on web pages describing those charity events, and all the incoming advertising revenues will be forwarded to the corresponding charity fundraisers. We will try to publish information about as many charity events that are currently active worldwide as possible, including but not limited to, social development projects, peace restoration and enforcement, science and education, animal protection and protection of the natural environment, treatment, support and rehabilitation fundraisers, and so on.

You have probably seen publications about such charity fundraising events in the social networks, when emphatic and caring people share such information hoping to find financial support. Our project AdAid is aimed at providing means of help to all who care, even if they do not have financial ability to do so. Each repost, each story view about a charitable event will be considered as help, because in those stories there will be ads placed, and all the incoming advertising revenues will be forwarded to the corresponding charity fundraisers and organizations. Hence, each story view and a repost in social networks will generate some help for those in need.

The AdAid project objectives:

• Give anyone a chance for charitable aid. Everyone can help even without donating actual money to fundraisers. We will turn your views and website visits in real funds that will then be used for charitable purposes.

• Provide more social media coverage for charity funds and individual charity events.

• Create an effective sustainable tool for raising of funds for charity and social development causes.

• Grow the number of people involved in social development and charity activities.
