The Access Case by Nodus surpasses funding goal in little over a week on Kickstarter.com. Launching on the 27th Nov for 45 days and available for iPhone iPad and Galaxy S4, Nodus is now looking to reach stretch goals to release more colour options for the projects backers.
The Access Case is a range of beautifully simple and genuinely useful phone and tablet cases, which utilise Micro-Suction technology to secure the case to the device. This technology allows the device to be attached or removed easily, in seconds and does away with clumsy plastic clips or housings. This results in the most elegant and unrestrictive cases for iPhones, iPads and now the Samsung Galaxy S4 in the world. These cases are particularly beneficial when using with docks, other mounts, or when answering a call. Backers of the project will receive one of the first cases off the production line.
Micro-Suction rubber has a surface covered in millions of microscopic suction cups. This material will grip to any clean, smooth, non-porous surface with incredible force and does not leave any residue when removed. It works perfectly with the aluminium body of Apple products, along with glass and smooth plastics, like that of the iPhone 4/4s, 5C and Samsung S4. When the surface becomes dirty, it will lose some grip, however a quick clean with a damp cloth rejuvenates it’s power.
The minimal and timeless leather design wraps around the unbranded exterior of the case. A single leather strip on the interior, subtly brandished with the company logo, serves as a convenient and secure utility pocket that is framed by a dark suede microfiber lining. The Access Case is initially available in high quality chestnut brown Italian leather, with additional colours becoming available when stretch goals have been reached on Kickstarter.
