Marseille, 13th December 2019 — Founded in 2015 by french designer Stéphanie CAPPELLINI, 13ème Lune has grown as a pure player, developping on the internet, on its website www.13eme-lune.com and with resellers. Proud of its know-how and its french roots, the 13ème Lune lingerie is handmade in a small workshop in Marseille with only french fabrics such as tulle and lace. Expensive raw materials which, in the current situation, obligate the company to operate under just-in-time conditions, extending delivery times and limiting production capacity. To date, the 13ème Lune’s outfits are worn across many countries, in the United States, Europe and Australia.
13ème Lune, a new luxury lingerie brand based in the South of France, launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter in order to keep growing.
Currently at a turning point of its development, 13ème Lune needs to invest to satisfy the demand and continue its implantation in the luxury lingerie market.
Project and engagements – Facing the need of taking it to the next level, 13ème Lune launches today its crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter with the goal of raising 10,000€ in one month of campaign. This would allow us to increase our production capacity by buying raw materials in larger quantity and be able to store the productions. 13ème Lune wishes to praise body-positivism, we would like to expande our size chart to offer more choice to our customers independantly of their bodytype, also, an outfit adapted to women suffering from breast cancer is being developed and could see the light thanks to the campaign. The socio-environmental ambitions of the 13ème Lune are at the heart of the company’s development, with the use of french raw materials, respectful of the environment but also the respect of the animal condition.
